Overview
Overthink is a business, tax and compliance consultancy for healthcare companies, businesses and individuals across South Florida. The brief: a fast, bilingual site that makes a broad catalogue of services easy to understand and turns a first-time visitor into a booked consultation.
The challenge
Overthink offers dozens of specialized services, from launching a healthcare practice to licensing, credentialing, bookkeeping and taxes. The hard part was making that breadth easy to navigate and easy to find on search, so visitors land on exactly the service they need and always know the next step.
The approach
An Astro site with a dedicated page for every service, written and structured for its own search intent, a bilingual EN/ES experience, and an AI assistant that answers in plain conversation and books the first call. Every path leads cleanly to scheduling.
An AI assistant that answers and books
An assistant wired to a Claude agent through its own MCP server answers questions about any service in natural language, English or Spanish, and books the first call step by step. The same brain also runs a voice mode, so visitors can simply talk to it.
Dozens of service pages, built for search
Every service has its own page, 42 in all, each written and structured for its specific search intent and its own questions. A single hub groups them by area, so the full catalogue is easy to browse and easy to find on Google.
Real-time booking, wired to Cal.com
Scheduling connects directly to Cal.com. Instead of a contact form that lands in an inbox, visitors see live availability and confirm a 15-minute kickoff call on the spot, synced to the team's calendar with reminders and a video link. It is the same engine the assistant uses when it books for you.
Bilingual by design, not by plugin
The bilingual switch runs on Astro's native i18n routing: each language on its own localized URL (/ and /es), pre-rendered per locale with the correct lang and hreflang tags, and a context-aware toggle that keeps you on the same page.
A backoffice to manage the site
Behind the public site there is a private backoffice. From it the team sets up promotional messages and announcements without touching code, and a built-in dashboard reports live web-traffic metrics, so the business can see how the site is performing at a glance.
